This policy explains what we do with your information when you use this website, write to us, or buy ReplaProject. It is written in plain language on purpose.
Who we are
ReplaProject is a product of Tradiant LLC, a company registered in Georgia. You can reach us at hello@replaproject.com about anything in this policy, including a request to see or delete what we hold about you. Full company details are available on request.
The short version
- We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
- We never see or receive your card details.
- The ReplaProject software sends us none of your data. It runs on your server. Your projects, your jobs, your files and your people never touch us. The one request it makes to us is a daily check for withdrawn licence keys, described below.
- We do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason.
When you visit this website
Our web host keeps standard server logs — the address your request came from, the page asked for, the time, and which browser was used. These are kept for a short period for security and to fix faults. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
When you use the live demo
The demo at demo.replaproject.com is a real copy of the software with invented data in it. It is read-only, so nothing you do there is saved. Signing in sets a cookie that keeps you signed in for that visit, and the server logs the visit as above. Please do not type anything private into it — it is a shared demo.
When you write to us
If you email us or use the form on this site, we keep your message and your email address so we can answer you and so we have a record of what was agreed. Messages from the form also become a ticket on our own support desk, which runs on our own servers. We keep support correspondence for up to three years, then delete it. We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked a question.
When you use the live chat
The chat on this site runs on ReplaChat, our own software, on our own server. The conversation and anything you type into it is kept so we can answer you and so the thread is there if you come back. It is not passed to a third-party chat provider, because there is not one.
When you buy ReplaProject
Tradiant LLC is the seller and appears as such on your receipt. Checkout runs on our own ReplaPay installation, and you may pay by card or in cryptocurrency.
If you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own hosted page — your card details never touch this website and we never see them. If you pay in cryptocurrency, the payment is processed by NOWPayments. Each of them handles that data under its own privacy policy.
We keep your name, email address, what you bought and when, because we have to: it is our record of the sale and of your licence.
What the ReplaProject software collects
None of your data. ReplaProject runs on a server you control. It has no usage reporting and no analytics pointed at us, and it loads its fonts, stylesheets and scripts from your own server rather than from Google Fonts or any other outside service.
It makes one request to us. While a licence key is saved, ReplaProject asks
pay.tradiant.net once a day (plus once shortly after each restart)
for the signed list of withdrawn licence keys. That request sends no project,
customer or usage data, and not your licence key; like any request on the
internet, it shows our server the IP address it came from, which may appear in
our server’s logs. If the request fails or is blocked, ReplaProject
keeps working normally. With no licence key saved, it makes no request to us at
all.
Whatever you put into it — your jobs, your people, your clients’ details, the files attached to them — is yours, held on your server. You are the controller of that information, not us. If somebody asks you for a copy of what you hold about them, that is a request you answer, and the software has the exports to help you do it.
Who else sees your information
Only the companies that have to, to make something work:
- Stripe — card payments.
- NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payments.
- Our web host — this website and our own servers.
- Our email provider — so a message reaches you.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@replaproject.com and we will answer, normally within a few days and at most within a month. If you are in the UK or the EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection regulator.
Changes to this policy
If we change it we will update the date at the top. If a change matters to people who have already bought, we will say so by email rather than quietly editing the page.
