Every job in one place

Add the whole team. The price stays the same.

Most project tools charge you for every person, every month, for ever. This one you buy once. Put everybody on it — the office, the lads on site, your accountant — and you never pay a penny more.

One payment. No monthly bill, no price per person, nothing to cancel.

Forward an email → it becomes a job

What you actually get out of it

Put everyone on it

The office, the site, the subbies, the client if you want. Adding somebody costs nothing, so you never have to decide who is worth a licence.

Nothing gets forgotten

Forward an email and it turns into a job on the board — photos, quotes and all. No more “it’s in someone’s inbox somewhere”.

See what’s holding the job up

It works out which one thing everything else is waiting on, and says so in a sentence. Throwing more people at it will not make that bit faster — and now you know.

No arguments about whose job it is

Every job has one name on it. Anything with nobody’s name is put in front of you, not quietly hidden.

Just ask for what you want

“What’s late?” “Put a job on to chase the planner.” Type it the way you would say it, and it does it.

Delete something by mistake? It’s fine

Nothing is really thrown away. It sits in the bin and comes back exactly as it was.

Stages called what you call them

“Waiting on the client”, “Snagging”, “Signed off” — add your own, rename them, drop the ones you don’t use. Each still counts as not started, in progress or finished, so the progress bars stay right.

All your brands on one list

Run more than one brand in it? My work can put everything that’s yours, from all of them, on one list — each job marked with the brand it belongs to. No switching back and forth to see your day.

Spot a pile-up

Give a column on the board a limit and its count turns red the moment it goes over. It warns you; it never stops anybody moving a job.

Two ways jobs land on the board without anyone typing them.

Most of what you have to do arrives in an email or gets mentioned in passing. Normally somebody has to write it down again later, or it’s lost.

Forward it, and it’s done

Every job gets its own email address

Send or forward anything to it — a customer’s request, a supplier’s quote, a photo from site — and it appears on the board with the attachments already on it. Reply to the thread and your reply lands on the same job.

  • Out-of-office replies and junk are ignored.
  • The same email twice will not make two jobs.
  • Only people you know can put work in, unless you say otherwise.

Or just say it

Ask for things in plain English

You can talk to it the way you would talk to somebody in the office:

  • “What have I got on this week?”
  • “Put a job on to chase the planning officer.”
  • “The roof can’t start till the scaffold’s up.”
  • “What’s late?”

Hand it a long email and it will suggest the jobs hiding in it — but nothing appears on your board until you say yes, one at a time.

Three more things, yours as well

Every licence comes with three more products, yours to keep — together worth more than the licence you are buying.

Repli about the extras

$533 of extras, and you keep every one of them.

$299 free

ReplaForms — a form builder you own

It is the form further down this page. Fill it in and you are using it. Questions that hide themselves when they do not apply, and a report of which question people give up on. No cap on answers, ever.

$97 free

PressHand — WordPress, by asking

Change your WordPress site by describing what you want. Write a post, fix a page, swap a picture. Mac and Windows, both included with the one licence.

$137 free

ReplaStats — your figures inside WordPress

Puts your visitor numbers inside wp-admin, with a chart and a live count of who is on the site now. No cookies, no cookie banner. Comes with a full year of hosted statistics ($108), so it is running from day one — and the plugin ($29) is yours to keep after the year.

All three arrive with your receipt. They are yours to keep whatever happens afterwards.

One payment. That’s the whole thing.

Everybody in your business is included, however many that is.

Your business

$399 once

Everyone included. Yours to keep, for good — plus $533 of extras.

Agency

$997 once

Run your clients’ work in it too, as many as you like, with your own name on it. Worth it from your third client.

We set it up

$898 one off

You buy it, we do the rest — set up, your web address, your logo on it, and a call to show you round. Usually within two days.

We look after it

$399 then $79 a month

We run the whole thing for you and keep it backed up. Stop any time and we hand you everything.

Repli beside the prices

Already bought it? Setup is $499.

Already have it and want a hand setting it up? That’s $499 on its own.

Things it won’t do.

Better you know now than after you have paid.

It needs somewhere to live

It runs on a computer you rent online, from about $6 a month. Setting it up takes minutes and we talk you through it — or we do the whole thing for you.

It won’t do your invoicing

It manages the work, not the money. If you want quotes and invoices too, that is a different job and a different tool.

There’s no app to download

It works properly on a phone in the browser — but you won’t find it in the App Store.

It’s not a chat app

You can talk about a job on the job. There is no separate chat room to keep up with, and that is deliberate.

A person, not a queue.

Three ways to reach us, and the same small team answers all of them. Your first 30 days of setup help are included, whichever you pick.

Live chat

The bubble in the corner of this page. Ask before you buy, or after. During working hours somebody is usually there within a few minutes.

A support ticket

For anything that needs looking into properly. You get a reference, the whole thread stays together, and nothing falls down the back of an inbox.

Plain email

hello@replaproject.com. We read every message ourselves and a person writes back — usually the same working day.

Or just write to us here

Ready to buy? Questions first? Not sure it fits what you do? Say so and a person answers — usually the same working day.

No newsletter, no sales sequence, no being passed around.

Repli, happy to hear from you

Stop paying rent on your own jobs.
